Ladder Frame Type Scaffolding

1. Ladder frame scaffolding include two ladder frames, two pairs of cross bars and four connecting pins.

2. Ladder frame scaffolding is convenient to assemble and disassemble, saving your labour and time.

3. Workers can climb up and down the ladder frame smoothly and safely without the use of extra ladder.

4. Ladder scaffolding is a common type of frame scaffolding mainly used in Spanish and South America market.

5. Ladder frame scaffolding is commonly used for masonry wall construction, exterior painting and plastering or stucco work. It is easy to handle and mobile with caster wheels.

Components description:

1. Main frame
Insert the main frame into jack base section in per particular position.

2. Cross bar
For fixing the main frame in each span of scaffolding.

3. Joint pin
Insert onto the top of main frame for fixing the upper frame.

4. Horizontal frame or catwalk
It is a lateral pipe frames used for fixing the main frame to complete the first floor scaffolding. It can be erected with about 2 to 4 spans in each high rision floor alternately.

5. Jack base
It is a base seat for adjusting and fixing the required scaffolding length above the wooden planks.
