Brief Introduction of Polyether polyol:
Polyether polyol (hereinafter referred to polyether) is the starting agent (active hydrogen group containing compound) with ethylene-oxide (EO), propylene-oxide (PO), butylene oxide (BO) in the presence of a catalyst such as next by polyaddition reaction. Polyether largest output by glycerin (glycerol) as a starting agent and epoxide (PO and EO and generally used), by changing the manner of addition of PO and EO (mixed with or added separately), plus ratio, addition order and other conditions, the production of a variety of common polyether polyol. Difference between Polyether polyols for rigid foam and Polyether polyols for flexible foam
Polyether polyols for rigid foam are generally high functionality and high hydroxyl value
Polyether polyols for flexible foam are generally low functionality and low hydroxyl value
Main application:The polyester polyol of flexible foam is mainly used for: slab foaming,
mold foaming etc. Such as furniture cushion, mattress, sound absorption board, carpet
botton, filter, wrapping material, automatic seat, internally-decorated material (instrument panel, handrail, steering wheel, cushion, the energy syction foam for insurance stick) high-grade furniture cushion, material for pop etc. Polyether Polyol ( for flexible foam, rigid foam, elastomer adhesive)
