1.Silicone L580  ( Suitable for all flexible Polyurethane foam making etc)

Triethylene-Diamine-Amine Teda 33 for Flexible Polyurethane FoamTriethylene-Diamine-Amine Teda 33 for Flexible Polyurethane Foam
   L580 is high efficiency silicone-polyol block copolymer used in the production of polyether polyol-based flexible polyurethane foams,L580 can be used in discontinuous foam production process(box foam) or in continuors process(slabstock).

 

   L580 yields a regular emulsification of the raw materials and provide the foam with the desired regular cell structure throught its nucleating strength.

 

   L580 is compatible with most polyol pre-blends and its superior hydrolytic insures superior stability.

 

   L580 is particularly recommended for flexible foams having a density below 30 kgs/m3,Its efficiency is such that L580 allows the production of foams having a density lower than 15 kgs/m3 with very limited set back.

T-9,i.e.tin(II)2-ethylhexanoate or tin(II)octiate ir stannous-octoate,is the most commonly used get catalyst in the production of flexible polyurethane foams,Somewhat sensitive to hydrolysis,T-9 presents and excellent solubility in polyether polyols.

3.Triethylene-Diamine-Amine (TEDA-33)

Triethylene-Diamine-Amine Teda 33 for Flexible Polyurethane Foam

TEDA-33 is a 33%wt solution of pure triethylene diamine in dipropylene glycol(DPG).

TEDA-33 is the most commonly used blow catalyst(primarily catalyzing the reaction between water and iscocyanate that results the production of carbon dioxide and subsequent foam blowing)used in the production of flexible polyurethane foam.
